Payments may be requested in stages, including deposits and final balances prior to event execution.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Certain deposits and payments may be non-refundable where planning work, supplier bookings, or third-party commitments have already commenced.

The Company may coordinate services provided by third-party vendors including venues, decorators, entertainment providers, and logistics companies.

While we work with trusted suppliers, the Company is not liable for the independent actions or performance of third-party providers.

RWG Events Organizing Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from unforeseen circumstances, force majeure events, or third-party service interruptions.

All website content, branding, and materials remain the property of RWG Events Organizing Ltd unless otherwise agreed.
